Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Amendment No. 1 to the Public Involvement Services Agreement between Williamson County and Rifeline, LLC.
Background
Article VII of Texas Water Development Board Agreement the County is a party to requires that all subcontracts executed and issued by the County, such as the Agreement between County and Rifeline, include specific provisions and, thus, the Agreement must be amended to incorporate such provisions. No other provisions of the agreement are being amended. This will enable the County to pay Rifeline from awarded grant funds. Point of Contact is Kim Scherer.
