Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Williamson County and Guard1 by TimeKeeping Systems, Inc. for Annual Support & Hosting, SQL Express System in the not-to-exceed amount of $11,385.75 for the three (3) year term starting May 10, 2022- May 09, 2025, utilizing Co-op contract DIR-CPO-4779, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This platform supports the Juvenile Services Department with functionality for headcount, movement, room checks, tours, observations, handouts, activities and well checks. Annual support, hosting and SQL Express Systems is provided for a period of three (3) years per the quote. Funding Source 01.0100.0576.003011, Computer Software. Department point of contact is Ashley Culin with the Juvenile Services Department.
