Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving revised contract document(s) for Dell, Inc. to retrieve retired assets approved by the Commissioners Court on November 17, 2020, under agenda Item #60, to add updated location information.
Background
This item is related to the buyback of the Dell Compellent storage solutions that was previously approved in November 2020. Due to some location information that changed on the transfer letters, the documents need to be re-signed. The terms of the buyback are unchanged. The equipment has already been taken out of production and is awaiting pick up by Dell, Inc. Documents for Transfer of Title attached. Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
