Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the amended plat for Lots 1 & 43, Block A, and Lots 1 & 17, Block B, of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 22 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is an amended plat for Lots 1 & 43, Block A, and Lots 1 & 17, Block B, of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 22 subdivision.  It consists of 2 single family lots, 1 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lot, 1 open space/ landscape/utility lot and no new roads.  The purpose of this amended plat is to correct the property lines between the existing adjacent lots.

2022-03-11 – initial submittal of the amended plat
2022-04-08 – 1st review complete with comments clear
2022-04-28 – 2nd submittal of amended plat with all signatures
2022-04-28 – amended plat placed on the May 3, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
