Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Constable Precinct 4.

Earlier this month, a large building renovation had completed at our office to accommodate Pct 4 operational needed changes.  Due to rising costs within the construction industry, the relocation of our secure evidence room could not be included in that renovation budget.  Using existing funds within our budget, an alternative secure solution was constructed with approval from Dale Butler.  I also notified Budget Officer Ashlie Holladay of this expenditure.
