Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the total amount of $4,625.00, pursuant to Sourcewell Contract #090320-TTI, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit Williamson County with server upgrade assistance. The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the services provided by Tyler Technologies, Inc. for this purchase. IT, Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The expenditure is being charged to line item 01.0100.0503.004100 FY22. The Department point of contact is Deanna Saucedo.
