Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement between Williamson County and Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc. for Building Automation System (BAS) Retrofit in the North Jail, in the amount of $76,125.00, pursuant to BuyBoard Contract 631-20 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This project is for the retrofit of the existing Building Automation System (BAS) controls in the North Jail. The scope is based off the existing control configuration. The proposal includes a detailed scope of work/specifications. Funding Source ARPA, 445A, 445P and 2.2. The Point of Contact is Daniel Shea and Wendy Danzoy.
