Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the purchase and service addendum for Flooring Solutions, Inc, a service dealer of Tarkett Alliance, for the replacement of stair tread at the Justice Center, pursuant to Sourcewell contract #080819-TFU and authorize the execution of the agreement.
Background
This project is to demo and replace the stair treads at the Justice Center, located at 405 Martin Luther King Jr ST, Georgetown, as listed in the attached proposal. The proposal includes a detailed scope of work in the amount of $49,849.00. Funding Source is 01.0100.1009.004509. Point of contacts are Shantil Moore and Dwayne Gossett.
