Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the appointment of Williamson County Sr. Facilities Management Project Manager, Angel Gomez, with general authority to approve invoices and change orders for the Children’s Advocacy Center Annex (P530) for any increase or decrease in cost of $30,000 or less in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code.  Changes in Plans and Specifications; Provided, however, the original contract price may not be increased by more than 25% and the original contract price may be decreased by 18% or more without the consent of the contractor.
