Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the proposal between Williamson County and Brycomm, LLC for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fiber Deployment Project for the initial aerial and underground route design, in the total amount of $19,539.60, pursuant to the DIR CPO-4777 contract, and executing the approval of this proposal.
Background
This initial aerial and underground route design will originate from the Emergency Operations Center located at 911 Chambers Lane to connect with the designated priority sites listed in the attached proposal. Legal, Audit, IT and Contract Audit have reviewed the proposal. The funding for this proposal is ARPA 445P, 445P 2.1 for fiber improvement. The department point of contact is Richard Semple.
