Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Upland Software, Inc. for the amount of $42.95 per month for two (2) years, totaling $1030.80, with an automatic one (1) year renewal on the same terms, and authorizing the execution of this off-contract agreement.

The attached Service Agreement is necessary due to the EMR (Emergency Medical Records) system being integrated with the faxing system for the Williamson County Courts and Justice Center.  There is HIPAA information that requires special compliance and this electronic faxing service does provide the security. The attached agreement details the inbound and outbound units covered.  IT, Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this agreement.  The line item being charged is 01.0100.0570.004500.  The department point of contact is Commander Jeffrey Williams.
