Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rescinding the approval of Item No. 26 of the June 28, 2022 Session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court relating to the final plat for the Rancho Del Cielo Phase 1 subdivision, being signed and certified by the owner/developer, KL LHB3 AIV LLC, on June 22, 2022 – Precinct 4.
Background
This final plat was previously approved in Item No. 26 of the June 28, 2022 Session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court. The previously approved final plat has not been submitted to the County Clerk’s Office for recordation. Since the previous approval, the developer desired to make minor changes to the public utility easements and notes on the final plat. An updated final plat including these minor changes has been placed on the Commissioners Court agenda as a separate item for consideration.
