Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #T1289 Landscape for Williamson County Parks Contract Renewal Period #1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Heart of Texas Landscape & Irrigation Co Inc for the term of October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023.

This is the first (1) renewal period for this contract. The Parks Department requests this renewal. The annual contract amount consists of the base cost $123,255 plus $105,758.00 of approved alternates for additional properties for a total annual cost of $229,013.00.
