Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a first amendment to the Cost Participation Agreement between YMCA of Central Texas and Williamson County regarding the construction of a pedestrian bridge at Twin Lakes Park.  Funding source is P555.

Williamson County and the YMCA cost shared on a pedestrian bridge project at the Twin Lakes Park as part of the 2019 Park Bond program.  As the parties worked together to bid out the construction work for the project, it was determined that Williamson County needed to manage the project and work with Hagood Engineering in the administration of the project.  The YMCA is funding the construction of a pavilion at the project site.  The YMCA and Williamson County are both providing funding for the pedestrian bridge.  Williamson County and the YMCA have agreed to a 50/50 cost share for the increased construction costs related to the pedestrian bridge.
