Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the quote from Election System and Software, Inc. for Williamson County Election Department to purchase ballots for the total amount of $61,700.00 pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #622-20 and authorizing the execution of the purchase.
Background
The approval of this purchase will benefit the Williamson County Elections Department with the purchase of 17" Express Ballot Stock for the upcoming November 2022 elections. All hardware and related software are certified by the Texas Secretary of State. Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this quote. The Funding Source being charged is 01.0375.0375.004251 FY23. The Department point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.
