Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase between Williamson County and Cathedral Corporation for a total amount of $13,550.00, for Postage and Ballot by Mail services for the upcoming November 2022 elections, and authorizing the execution of the purchase.

Background

The approval of this purchase is for the postage and ballot by mail services for the upcoming November 2022 election.
This is an off-contract purchase and a total of three (3) quotes were received. The department has chosen the attached vendor quote. Legal, Audit and Budget have reviewed these quotes. The funding source for this expenditure is being charged to line item 01.0100.0492.004212 FY23. The department point of contact is Vikki Farrow.
