Williamson County sent out over 5,100 notifications of the solicitation with 104 document takers and received 7 responses. The bids have been reviewed and the apparent low bidder, James Construction Group, LLC, was found to be responsive, and materially balanced. Their lowest bid of $17,694,262.46 is 9.96% lower than the Engineers Estimate. The bidding was competitive with the lowest two bidders being within 4.2% of each other. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, James Construction Group, LLC, has completed previous projects for Williamson County.
