Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Serenity Springs Phase 1 private subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the first and only phase of the Serenity Springs development within Williamson County.  This private subdivision consists of 27 lots and 4,889 linear feet of new private roads.  A portion of Lots 2, 3, 15-17 & 76, Block A, are located within Burnet County.  This final plat has already been approved by Burnet County.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,138,351.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-07-20 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-08-19 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-08-26 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2022-09-09 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2022-09-09 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2022-09-09 – 3rd review complete with comments
2022-09-20 – 4th submittal of final plat
2022-09-21 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2022-09-22 – final plat placed on the September 27, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
