Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Estimate and Amendment #202315, between Williamson County and Spray Master Technologies for a disinfecting pump system and chemicals, for the total amount of $12,000.00 and exempt the purchase under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(D); captive replacement parts or components for equipment.
Background
The approval of this Amendment will benefit the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter with their preventative maintenance on the cleaning system consisting of spray hoses that are connected to drums of disinfectant in a central building location with a pump system which is being used to clean the dog kennel buildings. The attached estimate has details of the cleaning procedures. Also attached is the Spray Master Technologies (SMT) preventative maintenance plan, terms and conditions and the amendment. Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed these documents. The line item being charged is 01.0545.0545.004500. The department points of contact are Alexis Fine and Linda Gunter.
