Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #22RFP123 Williamson County Branding to the highest scoring proposer, Slate Communications, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $39,760.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals under RFP #22RFP123 for Branding. One hundred fifty-six (156) vendors viewed the solicitation documents and seven (7) proposals were submitted. Of those seven (7) the top two (2) were shortlisted. Presentation interviews were conducted and scored. The evaluation committee recommends that Slate Communications, LLC be awarded the Williamson County Branding contract. The project has a not-to-exceed amount of $39,760.00. The branding project should be completed before September 30th, 2023. Attached is the project evaluation matrix, county addendum, and cost estimate. Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. Williamson County will be invoiced at the completion of each phase of the project. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.005741. Department contact is Connie Odom.
