Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $5,000 for Project 21IFB15 Thrall Project (S. Bounds Street) (Chasco Constructors) P: 374 Funding Source: Road Bond.
Background
This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overruns/underruns of contract quantities on the project that are a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans.
This Change Order results in a net increase of $5,000.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $825,323.80. The original Contract amount was $889,988.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, the Contract has been decreased by $64,664.20, resulting in an 7.27% net decrease in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to the Contract, as a result of this Change Order.
