Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the Ronald Reagan Widening project contract between Williamson County and CP&Y, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P336   Fund Source: Road Bonds

CP&Y Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the contract compensation cap by $300,000.00 from $3,000,000.00 to $3,300,000.00. The increase will allow for the execution of a future Supplemental Work Authorization to address safety improvement design at the intersection of Ronald Reagan and Elizabeth Parkway, schematic updates due to Corridor I1 revisions, and additional design and coordination for drainage structures, and a new Work Authorization for construction phase services. No other changes are proposed at this time.
