Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 4 to the Utility Coordination/Relocation Services contract between Williamson County and Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. relating to the Corridor and Road Bond Programs. Project: On-Call. Fund Source: Corridor & Road Bonds.

This Contract Amendment No. 4 increases the compensation cap by $3,000,000.00 from $5,500,000.00 to $8,500,000.00. This will allow the utility coordinator Cobb, Fendley & Associates to continue providing utility coordination and engineering services on an on-call basis for the Corridor and Road Bond Program projects through July 2023. This increase includes $180,085.22 for FY22 Road Bond activities, so they can meet end of fiscal year billing. The remainder is based on an estimated average monthly invoicing of around $200,000.00 for FY23. This Amendment also adjusts their Exhibit D Rate Schedule based on the CPI Adjustment Calculation.
