Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Rubber Asphalt Crack Sealer Contract #22IFB31, renewal option period 1, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, but with a price increase of 19% from $15.29 to $18.30 per box, per attached documentation and spreadsheet, with Crafco, Inc., for the 12-month term of 12/06/2022 – 12/05/2023.
