Local Gov't Code 263.152(2) and the purchase of seven (7) Ambulances - Wheeled Coach Ford F450 Type1 from Siddons – Martin, LLC in the amount of $2,005,697.00 through the H-GAC purchasing cooperative contract #AM10-20 (EMS) and authorizing the purchase.
