Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Corrections Department.
Background
One of our departments in the County Jail has a printer that is no longer repairable and requires replacement. Due to the new program to standardize county machines, this transfer is being requested to cover the cost of a new copier lease to replace the non-repairable printer. Funds were initially budgeted for a new printer for this specific department in the Jail for FY23 due to ongoing issues which required IT's assistance.These funds will be used towards the monthly cost for the copier.
