Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202366 between Knight Security Systems, Inc. and Williamson County for the purchase and installation of video surveillance cameras and installation services for the Children's Advocacy Center in the amount of $48,095.13, pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support operations at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center. The agreement is attached that outlines the hardware, system licenses and camera configuration to be purchased and installed. IT, Legal, Contract Audit and the Auditor's Office have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 445P CHILD ADVOCACY EXP; 445P; TASK 12; CONSTRUCTION.
