Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2022 donation dollars for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Background
At the end of the Fiscal Year 2022, $21,656.57 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2022 donations to be spent in 2023.
