Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and City of Round Rock for the continuation and establishment of EMS and personnel housing in Round Rock Fire Department stations.
Background
This establishes an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Round Rock for establishing EMS housing in current and future Round Rock Fire Department stations. It allows for EMS and FD leadership to place ambulances in strategic locations to cover emergency requests. This agreement has been reviewed by Williamson County legal and approved by the City of Round Rock.
