Background
Approval of this purchase will support the operations of the Constable Pct. #4 Office. The agreement is attached that details the eight (8) tasers and accessories to be purchased. Warranty is for a period of forty-eight (48) months. Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0554.003008.
