Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve Addendum for Billing Services Agreement (RFP #22RFP72) between Williamson County and EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. to update and revise the annual rate adjustment for base rates pertaining to EMS services.

This updates the annual adjustment to ambulance fees to be in line with Medicare's annual increase or a minimum of 2.5% whichever is greater.  The current agreement only allows for a 2.5% increase.  In years in which the Medicare increase is more than 2.5% Williamson County EMS would fall behind allowed increases.  The effective date would move to January 1 to be in line with Medicare practices.
