Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #22RFP103 Website, Re-Design, New Content Management Platform to the highest scoring proposer, CivicPlus, LLC and authorize execution of the documents.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals under RFP #22RFP103 for Website Re-Design, New Content Management Platform. One hundred thirty-eight (138) vendors viewed the solicitation documents and ten (10) proposals were submitted. Of those ten (10) the top three (3) were shortlisted. Demonstrations were conducted and scored. The evaluation committee recommends that CivicPlus, LLC be awarded the Website Re-Design, New Content Management Platform contract. The County Addendum, Scope of Work and Project Timeline are attached outlining deliverables and annual costs for years 1-5. Legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase. Year 1 (one) not to exceed amount is $139,844.65. Total five (5) year cost if renewed is $328,244.53. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.005741 as per the FY23 budget.
