Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202374 between Williamson County and Skinny Cat Software, LLC DBA Element Learning Management Solutions for a centralized training management solution in the amount of $34,184.00 pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4463, and authorizing execution of the documents.

Background

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  The Element Learning Management System is a centralized training management solution to support compliance and certifications.  The agreement is attached that outlines the details of the software license, maintenance, support, integration and configuration for the solution.  IT, Legal, Contract Audit, and Budget have reviewed this purchase.  Total costs for year one are $34,184.00.  Pricing for year-two is also included in the agreement at a total of $21,899.00.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0560.005741.  Department contact is Chief James Carmona.
