Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202359 between 1101 Woodlawn Noteholder, LLC d/b/a Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center and Williamson County for venue and catering services in the amount of $13,000.00, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will benefit the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. The Animal shelter solicited three (3) quotes from different venues for the same services for their annual Furball fundraiser. The agreement is attached that outlines the details for the venue and catering services. Legal and contract audit have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to donations 01.0546.0546.003670. Department contact is Misty Valenta.
