Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving service agreement #202364 for work on the stairs at the Historic Courthouse by Vince Knight d/b/a Knight Restoration, PO Box 1069, Hutto, TX 78634, in the not-to-exceed amount of $8,000.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement. Funding Source is P587.

Background

Facilities Management submitted requisition #130145 for work on the stairs of the Historic Courthouse located at 710 S Main St, Georgetown, TX 78626. The attached quote is for services to include grinding out existing mortar of four sets of stairs, adding of new backer rod and sealant, preparation of joints according to manufacturer’s recommendation, cleaning of jobsite and a two-year warranty on work done. Three quotes were obtained. Funding Source is P587. The point of contact is Wendy Danzoy.
