Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the quote from Texas Air Systems and Williamson County for HVAC repairs for a total amount of $2,732.38 pursuant to TIPS Contract #22010601, and authorizing the execution of the quote.
Background
The approval of this quote will benefit the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter with repairs to the HVAC system. The quote is a parts quote for two (2) AAON Interface Touchscreen Controllers to replace two (2) wall thermostats in the kennel area. The attached quote has the details. Legal and Audit have reviewed this quote. The line item being charged is 01.0545.0545.004510 as approved in the FY23 budget. The department point of contact is Linda Gunter.
