Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the Proposal of Pollution Liability Insurance through AIG Storage Tank Third Party Liability for Policy Number PLC000168373 with Commerce and Industry Insurance Company for the term of 12.18.2022 – 12.18.2023, and authorizing execution of the document.

This is a recurring annual insurance policy that is required for the County's fuel storage tanks.  Policy funding is budgeted annually.  FY 23 annual premium is estimated at $1,045.00, however, obtaining this insurance is a two-step agenda posting process. The proposal acceptance, attached herein, is submitted to the Commissioner's Court agenda first, followed by a later submission with the renewal quote.
