Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a budget line item transfers for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services is requesting two line item transfers. The first transfer in the amount of $5,700.00 from Computer Software to Office Equipment in order to purchase electronic key storage boxes. This equipment will provide electronic tracking of keys for staff use in the facility. The second transfer is from Residential Services to Printed Materials for $1,000.00. Juvenile Services experienced unexpected printing costs this year and this transfer should cover costs for the remainder of the fiscal year.
