Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a three-month contract extension with Accelerated Card Company, LLC dba Certified Payments in order to allow additional time for the department to complete evaluations on the three vendor submittals to RFP #22RFP150.
Background
Per County Treasurer's request, an additional three-month extension has been requested to allow additional time to complete the evaluation on new solicitation #22RFP150 for these services. This extension will expire March 30, 2023. The first extension term expired as of September 30, 2022, and the second extension term will expire on December 31, 2022. There is no funding source for this contract. All merchant service fees are paid by the customers making the payments. Department Point of Contact is Scott Heselmeyer.
