Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #22IFB151 Tree Limb Chipping Services to the lowest and best bidder, RHB Construction, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $200,000.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out over two hundred seventy-five (275) notifications with twenty-one (21) document takers and two (2) submitting bids. The bid(s) have been reviewed and the apparent low bidder, RHB Construction, Inc. was found to be responsive and materially balanced. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, RHB Construction, Inc. has successfully performed similar work on other projects. It is recommended to award the Tree Limb Chipping Service IFB #22IFB151 contract to RHB Construction, Inc., Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003541. Department Contact is Terron Evertson.
