Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202393 between Williamson County and Brycomm, LLC for aerial construction, pole replacement, and fiber splicing in the amount of $21,713.27, pursuant to DIR Cooperative Contract #DIR-CPO-4777, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
The proposal is attached that outlines the scope of work for network connectivity at the Bob Phillips building. Work will include aerial construction, pole replacement and fiber splicing at the Bob Phillips building. Legal and contract audit have reviewed the proposal. A standard Williamson County Services Agreement was suggested for this project. This expenditure will be charged to project funds: P537; 2021CIP; Task 3. Department point of contact is Chris Ball.
