Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a 2019 Road Bond Budget Transfer per Mike Weaver, Road Bond Manager, to transfer $10,900,000 from P390 (CR 401/CR 404) Improvements to P619 (Future County Road, FM973 to CR 404) and $100,000 from (P373 Coupland Street Project) to P620 ((FM 973 at Taylor High School) and to change the name of P389 from CR 402 Improvements to CR Improvements and Paving (CR 401,CR 402, CR 404).

This memo is necessary to create P619 (Future County Road FM973 to CR 404), P620 (FM 973 at Taylor High school) and to change the name of P389 from CR 402 Improvements to CR Improvements and Paving (CR 401,CR 402, CR 404).
