Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement #2023113 between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies for Enterprise Jury Summons Software, pursuant to Sourcewell Contract #110515-TTI, and authorizing the execution of the Amendment.

Tyler's Enterprise Jury Summons Software makes summons, reporting, and payment simple and efficient.  The original contract with Tyler Technologies was approved in Commissioner's Court on 6/30/2020. This amendment increases the county's summons and questionnaire production from 60,000 to 100,000 documents per year and decreases the cost per summons from $0.56 to $0.54, for a total recurring services fee of $54,000.00.
