Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract 22IFB131 – San Gabriel Ranch Rd & Remuda Dr Improvements, in the amount of $36,869.17.  Funding Source is P492.

Background

Contract amount is $2,072,461.30.  With the addition of this change order, of $36,869.17, the new contract amount will be $2,109,330.47.  The change order modifies drainage headwalls and paving details to account for differing site conditions.  Terron Evertson is the point of contact.
