Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of EMC Hardware and Software Maintenance and Support from Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC in the amount of $57,071.04, pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-TSO-4299.
Background
Approval of this item will support all county departments. This software allows users to get into their shared folders on premises and through our network and also allows for the backup of these folders. The maintenance and support covers the term of 2/1/2023-2/3/2024. IT, budget, legal and contract audit have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY23 budget. Department contact is Rory Tierney
