Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Public Involvement for Infrastructure Projects contract RFP1812-284, renewal option period 3, with Rifeline, LLC, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of March 26, 2023 - March 26, 2024.
Background
This is the third of four possible 1-year renewal options for this contract. The primary funding source is Road Bonds with the funds that come from any/all Road Bond P#s. The actual project numbers (P#s) are determined by specific work authorizations. The portion of this contract that is paid from Road & Bridge funds is charged to 0200-0210-004100. The department point of contact is Terron Evertson.
