Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #T3353 Cast in Place Concrete Contract, renewal option period #2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with RHB Construction for the 12-month term of April 19, 2023 - April 18, 2024.
Background
This is the second (2) and final renewal period for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor met all od the County requirements on this contract and requests renewal. Finding Source is 01.0200.0210.003553. The Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
