Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $11,820.42 for Project T4327 Great Oaks Drive Improvements (DeNucci Constructors) P: 270 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order adds one new pay item to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety of the right turn movement at Great Oaks and Brushy Creek during phases 3 and 4 of the project Traffic Control Plan (TCP).

A new bid item will be added by this Change Order to allow for payment. Please see attached Change Order for details.

This Change Order results in a net increase of $11,820.42 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $10,750,103.61. The original Contract amount was $10,580,634.11. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $169,469.50 has been added to the Contract, resulting in a 1.60% net increase in the overall Contract cost. No time will be added to the Contract for this Change Order.
