Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase #2023149 between Williamson County and CDW-G, LLC for a one (1) year license subscription for Falcon Complete for the amount of $139,695.80, pursuant to TIPS contract #200105, and authorizing the purchase.
Background
Williamson County ITS seeks to procure, through CDW-G, a vender providing managed detection and response software for detecting, stopping, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. This is a planned, budgeted expense, and shall be paid to CDW-G from the Technology Services budget 01.0100.0503.004100. If approved, it will be an annual subscription. Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
