Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of one (1) new Caterpillar Inc. Model: CB2.7GC Paving and Compaction machine, from Holt Cat, in the amount of $57,410.00 pursuant to Sourcewell Co-Op Contract #032119-CAT and authorizing the purchase.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Southwest Regional Park. Requisition #131152 was submitted along with a quote from Holt Cat in the amount of $57,410.00. The quote includes the utility compactor with standard equipment and additional machine specifications as listed on the quote. The purchase includes a standard warranty for twelve (12) months with unlimited hours. A new machine delivery specialist provided by the vendor shall will provide full machine operation and maintenance demonstration on site. Funding source is 01.0100.3103.005003. Point of contract is Benita Bonner.
